Shopping online: To make things easier for you, we’ve updated our exchange policy to offer you exchange by mail for all online orders. All items must be in good condition as you purchased so if you don’t absolutely love your new purchase, simply send us an email about the item(s) for an exchange of the purchased price.

How do you return by mail?

  1. Package your unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, using the original packing provided, whenever possible. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope, bag or box to prevent damage in transit. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be packaged separately.

  2. Print the prepaid return label we send to you​

  3. If you placed your order as a guest: Visit our Track Order page and complete the required information. From the pop-up, select "Print Return Label".

  4. If you are a registered user: Log into your online account, go to your profile tab and select order history. Select the order you wish to exchange from and select "Print Return Label".

  5. Label the package. Securely attach one return label to each package.

  6. Mail the package. Take your package to any Canada Post and mail it to us. Please note that shipping must be paid by you.



Due to COVID-19, our carriers are currently experiencing significant delays that are outside of our control. It may take an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered to you. It may also take up to 5 days before you see any movement on your tracking ID after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track order' option and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account or check it on your local postal website. In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment. You will only receive the shipping confirmation email when the last item has shipped. However, you can view the tracking for each item on the order detail page.

What you should know:

  • We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 1-5 days to be processed.

  • You will be charged for items purchased once you click on pay now and your items will begin the processing and shipment . At  this time we do not accept pay pal in our stores only credit card payments.

  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.


The amount of tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the type of item and shipment destination's Provincial and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. The tax rates applied to your order will be the rate for the Province or Territory of the address where your order was shipped.


We try our best to match online prices to those in store; however online prices, product and service selection and availability, and sale effective dates may differ from those in store and may vary by geographic region. Due to differences in sale effective dates across the country, items may be available online at the sale price before they are available in store.
