We ship our orders from Surrey British Columbia Canada US.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping outside Canada & US, and we only accept Visa , Mastercards & Paypal

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7 business days in Canada or 10 business days in US depending on the shipping

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order with the tracking number we provide you when your order is shipped

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Please contact us via email within 24 hours to request cancellation of your order. Once an item has been shipped, we can not cancel an order Returns can be initiated through our returns page.

What do I do if my order is damaged

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing an exchange. You may contact our customer service team through email and please provide pictures of the damage item.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes you can exchange but we do not give refund. You can exchanges your order in the original order you received it, and it must have the original tag on it. Any item or items exchanged without the original tag will not be accepted.

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will shipped in multiple packages . If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
